County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) is the accountable organisation for commissioning and delivery of healthcare for the residents of Darlington and provides health services for the residents of County Durham and Darlington. CDDFT provides a Home Equipment Loans Service on behalf of NHS Durham, Darlington Social Care and Health and Health and County Durham Adult Community Services. CDDFT are looking to contract the following:-.
Lot 1 - Provision of static and dynamic pressure relieving mattresses for the community setting to cover low, medium and high pressure risk covering bariatric and non-bariatric patients.
Lot 2 - Provision of static and dynamic pressure relieving cushions for the community setting to cover low, medium and high pressure risk covering bariatric and non bariatric patients.
Lot 3 - Provision of community profiling beds and associated accessories for adults, children and bariatric patients.
Lot 4 - Provision of an out of hours service (24/7, 365 days) for the rental of profiling beds and pressure relieving mattresses and rental of community hoists.
This contract may also be utilised by organisations aligned to County Durham Procurement Consortium.
