The University invites suppliers to submit proposals to become the Universitys preferred supplier of the for the servicing and maintenance of both the air and water systems, located within the University of Derby Campuses and residential sites all as detailed in this specification.
The contract term is initially for 12 months with the ability to extend for a further 5 years.
The Terms and conditions of this contract will be JCT 2011 Measured Term Contract.
