II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint suitably capable and experienced provider(s) of integrated Telehealth and Telecare, or parts thereof, to provide a Telehealth and Telecare service across Northumberland and North Tyneside.
Tenderers will be required to conduct an audit of the appropriate Trust data and present results of the structure and detail of their suggested solution. This will form the basis of the pilot exercise within selected GP Practices.
The Trust will require the provision of all, or parts thereof, for the following:
- Telehealth and telecare technology,
- Implementation services,
- Project management,
- Programme support,
- Technical implementation,
- Interfacing with existing systems,
- Maintenance,
- Training, documentation and support.
The solution will be required to cover multiple site locations, chronic disease management, clinical and behavioural change, system development and management.
