HAL is looking to appoint a small roster of agencies to a framework agreement that can help to develop and execute HAL's communications campaign priorities. We may use different agencies on different campaigns or parts of campaigns.
We are seeking agencies with experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
1. Media relations and corporate reputation;
2. Policy and public affairs - London/UK;
3. Policy and public affairs - EU/Brussels;
4. Consumer and brand PR;
5. Crisis communications.
We have an in-house team of media, PR and public affairs professionals and we are not looking for a retained agency to perform a 'press office' role or to manage relationships on behalf of the company. Instead, we are looking for agencies that can bring an external perspective to campaign development, act as strategic advisers, demonstrate innovation and creativity, and help execute campaigns to high standards.
