Worcestershire County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out the design and construction for Phase 4 of the A4440 Worcester Southern Link Road.
The tender will include Early Contractor Involvement and follow the NEC3 contract.
The tender will consist of two stages:
- Stage 1 = Project Development - quality and price 70/30 = = 50 % of the overall score.
- Stage 2 = Final Design & Build- quality and price 40/60 = 50 % of the overall score.
Suppliers overall score will be calculated from the two constituent stages.
Suppliers need to submit compliant bids for both stages to be considered.
