YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of classroom storage for use primarily in schools and other educational establishments. The framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver on a direct basis whereby the end user places the order with YPO but the supplier delivers direct to the customer. The Framework will cover the period from 1.1.2017 to 31.12.2018 with 2 options to extend for an additional 12 months (2 + 1 + 1).

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: YPO has incorporated a standstill period following the notification of award of the contract which has been provided to all bidders. The standstill period was for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
