The project comprises of the refurbishment and fit out of approximately 27 000 square feet of existing occupied office accommodation at 1 100 Century Way, Thorpe Park Business Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS15 8TU.
Works will include, but are not limited to the following:
Total modification of the existing layouts (internal ceilings / walls / floors);
Creation of kitchens within the office space (exclusion of new WC block and main entrance);
Modifications / replacement of all existing M&E; services serving the office space to suit the new layouts;
Provision of all new office furniture;
Removal / strip out of all existing office furniture;
Removal / strip out of all existing suspended ceilings / partition walls / floor coverings;
The works are to be undertaken in areas made available to the contractor whilst other parts of the building remain occupied and operational and in accordance with the Employers Implementation Programme.
