NHS Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group (the ‘Contracting Authority’) has awarded a contract to the successful Bidder to provide a community based Ophthalmology Service. The Consultant-Led Community Ophthalmology Service (‘Service’) will provide a viable alternative to hospital outpatient ophthalmology care. The Service will offer improved quality of care and access for patients, in line with the latest London strategic Direction. A 3 year contract has been awarded with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the CCG's discretion.
