 1. Day Concierge for Pennine House between 7:00 until 19:00 (12 hours) 365 days per year;
 2. Night Concierge for Mendip House between 20:00 until 8:00 (12 hours) 365 days per year;
 3. Night Patrols at Pennine and Methven Court dispersed between the hours of 19:00 and 7:00 Monday to Sunday, 3 visits per nights on a changing pattern of attendance.

The Procurement Documents were made available via www.delta-esourcing.com using The Pre-Qualification stage which ran from 12:00 on the 26.10.15 and closed at 12:00 on the 30.11.15, at this stage a short-list of bidders was drawn up based on evaluation of returns and those bidders were invited to Tender.

The contract value of 445 944,90 GBP is for the initial term of 3 Years (36 months). Metropolitan has the option to extend on 2 occasions for a maximum of up to 12 months on each occasions.
