HSE is seeking to modernise delivery of its in-house training programme for regulatory inspectors and requires support from a contractor to assist in transforming the current learning materials so that they can be delivered in a more blended learning environment through a learning management system. HSE also requires the contractor to host and provide access to these materials. Additionally HSE is also seeking support to up-skill its own staff to take on a greater role in the future development of such materials.
