Anglian Water (Services Ltd and Group Plc and associated companies (AWS)) is looking for Facilities Management company(s) to provide Management of our facilities, Hard and Soft Services throughout the Anglian Water region; at circa 14 Commercial Buildings and 71 Operational sites. This number may vary throughout the agreement.
Included within this agreement will be (but not limited to):
Lot 1 FM Management Services - to manage our commercial buildings and some operational sites. Such services as an example but not limited to and may vary: Management of existing Anglian Water Facilities Management contractors (Specialist Operational Services where Anglian Water is the contract party or agreed the appointment), for example pest control, grounds maintenance and so on, through Central Help Desk structure for all of these services.
Lot 2 Hard Services - to provide hard FM services at our commercial buildings and some of our operational sites. Such services as an example but not limited to and may vary: Reactive and Planned PM, Fabrics maintenance, Statutory and M and E maintenance, Portable Appliance/ Fire/Emergency lighting/ Fire fighting systems, Lifts/ Hoists/Conveyance Systems, Security Access and intruder Systems, BM Systems, Relamping/Duct maintenance, works, Capital Works programme, Ground Maintenance/Hard/Soft landscaping, Internal Planting and so on.
Lot 3 Soft Services - to provide soft FM services at our commercial buildings and some operational sites. Such services as an example but not limited to and may vary: Cleaning, Security Guards, Exterior Building Fabrics, Graffiti and stain removal, Sanitary Consumables, Recycling Waste, Reception Services/Switchboard/ Room bookings, Security Services/Access Control/Security Passes, Emergency Response, Patrols, Mail Services, and so on.
Lot 4 Catering Services - to provide catering services at our commercial buildings and some operational sites. Such services as an example but not limited to and may vary: Vending and Hospitality to be available and Catering, where 3 sites have canteen services for circa 600-900 staff at each site.
Note:
[a] that the number of sites included may vary throughout the term of the agreement,
[b] that Anglian Water is a utilities company and regulated by an external industry body. As such the scope detailed, due to compliance directives, may increase or decrease as a result of industry regulatory change imposed to the business which may impact the business operation/structure/function,
[c] we reserve the right to award the lots to single or multiple suppliers; which ever is the most economically advantageous.
This a contract, not a framework, therefore the initial contract period will be 5 years with a 5 year extension option.
