This Framework is for the provision of education for young people outside of a traditional school environment. Referrals will be made for: Children and young people with Statements of Special Educational Needs (SSEN)/ Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs); Primary aged pupils who have been permanently excluded or those with long term medical needs, not inpatient in hospital, and; Children that are looked after under Section 20 and Section 31 of the Children Act.
