Greater London Authority Property Ltd (GLAP) is seeking to appoint a development partner to undertake a comprehensive redevelopment of Albert Island, a 10ha site in the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone. The site is mainly in GLAP's ownership and has been identified as a potential location for commercial light industrial, with possibly a commercial boatyard development and retention and development of an existing marina.
